Perils Of The Sea: Siren, Medusa by beckycloonan Perils Of The Sea: Siren, Medusa by beckycloonan
One of three illustrations for “Tiny Trifecta”: A group show at Cotton Candy Machine in Williamsburg, Brooklyn! Opening is July 7th (tomorrow!) at 7pm! Each picture in the show is on sale for $100. If you are in NYC, this is not to be missed!! [link]

PS. Each one of these is 4.5”x6”, if you are curious how wee they are.

I'd love to see this shaded somewhat. Not quiet coloured, but shaded. If you do decide to colour it, could I suggest bland tones? Perhaps with a coloured pencil? The background could be bright, though - but I see your Siren as being rather... dully coloured.

Finally got around to coloring it, there's a few loose spots that I gotta go back and retouch after clearing out all the white for that transparency effect.
